MANA Cruises & Charters Celebrates 7 Years!

MANA CRUISES + CHARTERS CELEBRATES 7
YEARS WITH A BLESSING OF VESSELS & TEAM

Oahu, Hawaii – With great pride, MANA Cruises + Charters celebrated seven years of serving the local and visitor community. Upon the turn of this year, a blessing was held to commemorate the team and it’s newest vessels. MANA was founded in March of 2017.

Kahu and musician, Kawika Kahiapo took to prayer and oli in recognition of the moment to have the vessels and senior captains together. The vessels were treated to lei and a sail together over their favorite reefs near Ko Olina.

The fleet includes:

  • 43′ triple decked power catamaran named HILINAI serving Waikīkī
  • 46′ wide beamed sailing catamaran named MANAKAHI serving Ko Olina
  • 32′ fish and venture sport catamaran named LANAKILA serving Ko Olina

Collectively, the senior captain team celebrates over 50 years sailing and mastering passenger vessels in waters across Oahu. Two senior captains root MANA with Native Hawaiian lineage.

MANA-VISION

MANA Cruises + Charters, a Native Hawaiian founded and managed organization, was created with the intent of sharing the “mana” we have in our waters, coastline, and people.

Locally born and driven, the renewed focus for MANA is to support Hawaii’s tourism to a more sustainable platform. At MANA, it is a vital goal to serve the local community by focusing on regenerative tourism and visitors, rather than volume based  experiences. Currently all vessels operate at only a six passenger maximum and at the smallest environmental footprint possible.

The team at MANA are proud to operate using reusable dining ware and solar power electrical charging.  Always striving to give back through support of various private non-profit organizations and an annual beach clean up.

“We hope to share the spine tingling, awe inspiring moments that we know as MANA.”
