What a beautiful blue fin trevally also known as an ‘Omilu. Great catch and great fight. Glad we were able to release this guy – full grown these hard fighters can grow to 25+ lbs. Let’s go summer! Hoping for more – congrats!

Super fun morning of bottom fishing. Trolling was slow as the tide was on a long low tide slide throughout the charter. Bottom produced a mix bag and was good enough to produce a couple live bait options. Near the end of the charter the live bait took off and converted us on a beautiful…

The bite was a bit slow trolling 40 fathoms on the dropping tide. Broke down and started bottom fishjng. Caught some triggers and weke then hooked in to a fun sized Omilu!
